A Case For Change

Michigan has been getting poorer, smaller and less competitive. Our unemployment rate leads the nation. And our state budget has gone from a $2 billion surplus to a $2 billion structural deficit. Incremental changes will not grow the state’s economy. Only a complete, transformative strategy will do the job.
